At the core of our business are two fundamental beliefs - that it simply makes good sense to design homes that are energy efficient, and that all homes hould be solar passive in design. In order to further our environmental commitment, we have called in auditors to scrutinise all of our processes, and to make recommendations to assist us to meet our target to become carbon neutral through the offsetting of carbon emissions.

Examples of initiatives we have already undertaken include streamlining our processes in order to minimise and recycle building and office waste, and committing to include water and energy efficient appliances and fittings in all of our homes as standard.
