Sponsorship Program

One of the ways we’re building community capacity and connecting families to their local community is through the Shorehaven at Alkimos Community Sponsorship Program.

Shorehaven is pleased to support local groups that share our vision for a healthy, vibrant coastal community.

Five local community groups will receive some welcome support in the 2011/12 round of funding.
The successful recipients are:

• Quinns Mindarie Surf Lifesaving Club
• Alkimos Baptist College
• Mindarie and Districts Sea Sports Club
• ECU Joondalup Soccer Club (co-sponsored by Peet’s Burns Beach Estate)
• Phoenix Basketball Club

Here's what they've been up to lately...

ECU Joondalup’s under 12s head to Poland!
ECU Joondalup Soccer Club’s under 12s will be the first team to represent Australia at the 2012 World Junior Masters in Poland, after taking out top spot at the national Volkswagen Junior Masters in Sydney this October. What an amazing achievement – good luck!
